Campus Recruitment Training A comprehensive training program to create professionals of future. The motto of our training program is to fulfill every student hopes to get the best possible job for his/her capabilities and knowledge.The training program include all modules as, most of the companies consider Aptitude test (Quantitative ability, Verbal ability and Logical reasoning) as initial screening of candidates. We Proceed with aptitude training and give practice exercises and an orientation for basic communication skills, nuances, etiquettes for next stages i.e. Group discussion and Personal interview also Conducted. The Sequence of our training program are as follows, Pre-assessment test ,Training programmes and Test- Post training.

Pre-assessment test In order to analyze students skill level and to plan our proceedings with training program modules, Initial assessment is opted. It will be a full length test in which the questions comprised from quantitative, reasoning and verbal ability concepts and it will be conducted few days before our training program. Our Team of Experts will analyse the students performance in each topic and will schedule a Training plan which is mostly suitable for the particular college students.

Training program Our training program starts as per the planned schedule to equip the students as industry ready product. Our training starts with aptitude test comprising of Quantitative Ability, Reasoning Ability,Verbal Ability and Soft Skills.For better understanding of the students and induce them to get along with the training, Study materials are provided. Giving Important to next rounds of interview is as important as giving to Written Round. Our Soft skill Trainers will equip the students to clear GD and HR Interview by Conducting Mock Interview and GD.

Post-assessment test A Post Assessment-test will be conducted after our training program and we provide with additional two days free Training based on the results. To measure understanding level of the concepts and the effectiveness of the program, the performance graph between pre and post assessment will be analyzed. This Test will be required to fine tune our Training program during the 2 - days Support.
